Welcome to Wellbeing
Grounded in the Australian Curriculum’s Health and Physical Education and Personal and Social Capability strands, this subject provides a proactive approach to managing the challenges of adolescence and promoting a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
Students will explore a range of topics including emotional regulation, positive relationships, resilience, digital wellbeing, stress management, identity, and goal setting. Through interactive discussions, reflective activities, and collaborative projects, students will build self-awareness and learn how to support both themselves and others.
This course encourages students to become confident, respectful, and empathetic individuals who are well-prepared to navigate the complexities of modern life. It complements the broader curriculum by reinforcing respectful behaviours, effective communication, and a growth mindset within the school and wider community.
